Adding a detailed description of the services provided on your invoices will make everyone's job easier! It should be crystal-clear to your client and the team at Xolo what the specifics of the service provided were.
If the description does not provide sufficient details and it is unclear what your service entails, it will take longer for the customer (and for Xolo) to process your invoice. Your client and/or Xolo may need to reach out for additional details before the invoice can continue processing.
If necessary, use the 'additional comments' field to add extra details about the invoice.
