Obtaining this certificate is quite simple. First, you need to access the Electronic Office of the Spanish Tax Agency.

Once there, follow these steps:

1. Click on "All Procedures", then "Certificates", and finally "Tax Registers".
   
   
   
2. Next, select the section "Tax Certificates. Issue of Tax Certificates. Tax Residence" and click on "Request".
   
   
   
3. You will then need to log in using Cl@ve or an Electronic Certificate (If you don’t have an electronic certificate, you can find out how to obtain one in our next FAQ).
4. Once logged in, simply fill out the form, validate it, and sign.
