Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) is the system that allows you to send e-mails with legal value equivalent to a registered letter with a return receipt.
The Digital Signature P7M is equivalent to the traditional handwritten signature on paper. Its characteristics are:
- Legal validity: The digitally signed document acquires full legal value;
- Authenticity: The identity of the subscriber is guaranteed;
- Integrity: The inalterability of the signed document is ensured;
- Non-repudiation: The signed document cannot be denied by the signer.
These tools will be necessary for you to start the procedures for starting your business as a Sole Proprietorship registered in the Business Register held at the Chamber of Commerce of the Province where the business will be based.
