In case the result of your taxes is positive (meaning you owe money) and you don't have enough cash to cover the payment, Hacienda allows you to postpone or split your debts. But only under certain conditions:
- You must argue and be able to demonstrate that your economic-financial situation temporarily prevents you from making the payment within the established deadlines.
- Debts must be within the voluntary period, meaning within the filing deadline.
- The maximum amount to postpone without providing collateral is €50,000.
- You will have to pay the legal interest on the money; this rate is 3.25% for the year 2024.
If you need to postpone or split the payment, just let us know from which date and in how many installments you want to do it. But keep in mind that Hacienda decides how many installments you'll have and when you'll start paying.

- Review your tax estimate on our platform.
- Consider the deadlines for making the request.
- Write to us at ayuda@xolo.io.
