What product sales activities does Xolo support?

Última actualización: October 25, 2024

Xolo provides support for the production and/or transformation of any product sold within Spain or abroad (up to a limit of 10,000 euros outside of Spain). This includes a wide range of products, as long as they comply with the relevant tax regulations.

Physical goods sales activities Xolo does support

Xolo can provide services for the following product sales activities, as long as they involve transformation or production:

  • Production and sale of processed food products: Manufacturing jams, preserves, or baked goods.
  • Handicrafts and handmade products: Selling decorative or textile handmade items.
  • Transformed electronic products: Selling electronic devices that have been modified or assembled.
  • Furniture and home décor: Manufacturing and selling wooden furniture and decorative items.
  • Beauty and personal care products: Producing and selling natural cosmetics or handmade soaps.
  • Printing and customization services: Offering personalized product printing services.
  • Sale of digital products: Selling digital illustrations, e-books, or online courses.

In short, any transformation of a purchased product that is then sold to the final consumer is supported.

Foreign Sales Limits

It’s important to note that Xolo can support the sale of goods to customers abroad, as long as the total sales do not exceed 10,000 euros annually to individuals or end consumers. At the moment, we do not support sales that fall under the One Stop Shop (OSS/IOSS) rules.

What is the One Stop Shop (OSS/IOSS) regime?

This regime allows businesses or professionals selling products to individuals or end consumers in other EU countries to declare and pay VAT in a single country. Xolo does not support freelancers operating under this regime, as it involves specific tax obligations that we cannot handle at this time.

What should I do if my activity falls under one of these categories?

If your activity falls under any of these regimes or product categories, unfortunately, we cannot offer you our services at this time. However, we do have a waiting list, so once our platform is ready, you’ll be able to access our services immediately.
