What are the conditions of service for the Lite plan?

Our Terms and Conditions are available for consultation by anyone visiting our website.

To use Xolo's services, if you have registered you will have to accept the Service Agreement that will be detailed during the subscription process.

Autónomo Registration

If you require Xolo to register you as an autónomo with the Lite plan, a registration fee of €50 + VAT will apply.

Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher plan during the current month, you will need to pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan.

You must stay on the higher plan for at least one full quarter before downgrading back to the Lite plan.

Tax Reporting

With the Lite plan, Xolo does not submit tax declarations on your behalf. You are responsible for calculating and submitting your tax declarations independently.

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your Xolo subscription, you must provide 30 days' notice. Refer to the instructions on how to cancel your subscription.

If you cancel at the beginning of the month, you will be charged for the following month and will have access to our services throughout that month.

If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will also be charged for the following month, and services will be available until the end of that month. For example, if you request to cancel your subscription on 15 October, you will be charged on 1 November for that month's billing and will have access to the platform until 30 November, not just 15 November
