The expense document should state at least the following information:

• Buyer information (Xolo Go name, billing address and VAT number or your personal name and address)

• Vendor information (name, address and VAT number)

• Date

• Service or purchased goods description

• Price

• Currency

Please note that Xolo Go does not accept expense documents issued to a third party, which means that the buyer information should not state third party (i.e. person or legal entity not related to the partnership) name, address, registration number nor VAT number.
