Only business-related expenses are acceptable. Expenses which are taxable in Estonia or related to personal usage are not acceptable, for example:
- Broadband Internet
- TV expenses
- Personal phone bills
- Expenses addressed to third parties
- Food/drinks
- Permanent office space
- Co-working space expenses or other office rental expenses for more than 6 months
- Office-related or home office utilities (for example electricity bills, cleaning service, etc.)
- Personal living costs (only business trip related accommodation is acceptable)
- Furniture
- Coffee machines or other home appliances
- Gifts/donations to customers/partners/third parties
- Health and sports expenses (for example gym membership)
- Insurance and health care expenses (only travel insurance for Go user is acceptable)
- Clothes
- Parking
- Fuel
- Expenses made before the Xolo Go account creation
- Expenses older than 2 months
- Expense document issued by a private person
- Tip
- E-residency card
- Company (OÜ) opening fees
- Patents and trademarks
