With Xolo Go you can reimburse business expenses that are not older than 2 months. The 2 months will be counted based on the expense document date. If there aren't sufficient funds to process a reimbursement within the time limit, the expired expense document will be deleted from the system.

Also, expenses made prior to Xolo Go account activation are not acceptable.
