What are the conditions of service?

Our Terms and Conditions are available for consultation by anyone visiting our website.

In order to use Xolo's services, if you have registered you will have to accept the Service Agreement that will be detailed during the subscription process.

Autónomo registration

Autónomo registration is included in the Xolo subscription as long as the service is not cancelled before 6 months have elapsed. Otherwise, a registration fee of 50€ will be charged.

For the Lite plan, it has a cost of €50 + VAT.

Cancellation of subscription

To cancel your Xolo subscription you must give 30 days notice. See how to cancel your subscription.

If you cancel your subscription at the beginning of the month, you will be charged for the following month and you will be able to enjoy our services for the whole of that month.

If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will be charged for the following month and our service will be available until the end of that month. Example: You request to cancel your Xolo subscription on 15 October. You will be charged for your subscription on November 1st, corresponding to that month's billing. You will have access to the platform until 30 November, not 15 November.


Pricing plan change

If you need to issue invoices outside of Spain and you are on the Local Plan, you can request a switch to the Global or Premium Plan at any time to ensure seamless invoicing. You can also switch to the Premium Plan at any time to enjoy its additional benefits.

Please note that if you are on the Global Plan and have issued invoices outside of Spain, you will not be able to switch to the Local Plan until the current quarter has ended. It must be communicated before the 20th of the current month.
