At this moment, freelancers who want to sell physical goods through the Xolo platform should be aware that there are certain regimes and specific situations that we cannot support, such as:

• Recargo de Equivalencia Scheme.
• Objective Estimation regime for IRPF (modules).
• Special regime for agriculture, livestock, and fishing.
• Special regime for used goods (buying and selling second-hand items).
• Freelancers operating through permanent establishments abroad (warehouses outside Spain).
• Freelancers selling to individuals in the EU through Amazon.

We also cannot support the commercialization of the following products:

• Real estate.
• Boats.
• Spare parts for these means of transport.
• Gold or platinum jewelry.
• Precious stones.
• Devices and accessories for poultry or beekeeping.
• Industrial machinery.
• Metals and minerals.
• Investment gold.
• Collectibles and antiques.
• Tobacco.
