Please navigate to your Xolo business selfservice, open the “Banking” page, then open the “Accounts” tab and start adding the account from here. If you don’t see an option for adding a Swan account, then either your current business administration product doesn’t support Xolo Business Accounts, or we haven’t yet rolled out this feature to you. Please contact customer support for more details.
During the account opening process you have to submit your business and the beneficial owner’s data and pass the identification steps. The account verification can take up to a few days.
