If you are already registered as an aut贸nomo with Hacienda and Social Security and, for whatever reason, you have decided to switch to Xolo, the handover process is super simple, convenient, fast and secure.
- Sign up on our website with your name, last name and email address.
- Once logged into our platform select "I am already an aut贸nomo".
- Upload your registration documents for us to review (Tax register declaration, forms 036 or 037, Social Security resolution).
Once everything is checked, you will receive an email with the next steps within a maximum of one working day.
Other documents we need are the following:
- The tax reports of previous quarters of the current year
- The tax reports for the previous 4 year (or since you registered as an aut贸nomo)
- Accounting Books
- Photo of your NIE on both sides
- Certificate of census situation
鈽濓笍 If you have them on hand you can send them to us (by email at ayuda@xolo.io) or, if you can't find them and you prefer, You can send them to us or, if you prefer, we will contact your accountant directly so that you don't have to worry about it, if you have one.
The next steps are:
- Verifying your identity (more info)
- Filling in a form with your personal data
- Signing the Service Agreement and paying Xolo鈥檚 monthly fee

If you subscribe after the 25th of the last month before the quarterly reporting period, we won't be able to make the quarterly declarations for you, but don't worry, we'll take care of it in the next quarter.
