Always add a detailed description for your invoices. From the description, it should be clear to both your customer and Xolo what is the service that you provide.
If the description does not provide sufficient details and it is unclear what your service entails, then it will take longer for Xolo to process your invoice as it is possible that we will have to contact you for additional details.
Feel free to add the project name, the purpose of the project and other relevant details. If necessary, use the 'additional comments' field to add extra details about the invoice.
