How can I do a draft invoice?

Last updated: October 31, 2024

A proforma invoice is a draft or provisional invoice that you can give to the client where you specify the details of a future commercial activity. A draft invoice has no tax or accounting value, it is simply a document that will specify the details of a future definitive invoice.

✅ The advantages of having draft invoices is that you can edit them if you need to before creating the final invoice. This way you make sure that everything is correct before creating it, since once you have created an invoice it cannot be deleted.

🎥  In this video, we explain you step by step how you can create your proforma.

⚠️ Don't forget to create your invoice if you don't have to make any further changes to the draft one, since draft invoices are never taken into account for your quarterly or annual tax reports, as they are not valid for Hacienda.
