- Business Activity Code: This is your SBI code (e.g., 6202 for Computer consultancy and support). You can also find this on the KvK extract.

Do I need a VAT registration number?
A VAT registration number is optional at Onboarding stage. However:
If you need to issue invoices, you must add your VAT registration number yourself in the Hub business details section.
You’ll also receive a VAT ID together with the VAT number. This is typically sent via postal mail 1–2 weeks after registration. Be sure to include it once it’s available.
How do I identify my business activity code?
Your business activity code (SBI code) is listed on your KvK extract. For example: SBI Code: 6202 - Computer consultancy and support
