If you have an Estonian e-resident company that you wish to liquidate, Xolo can support you through the process. Our service fee is €499 + VAT. To get started, you will need to provide the following documents and reports:
- Balance sheet as of a specified date.
- Income statement for the relevant period.
- General ledger with details of your transactions.
- List of unpaid sales and purchase invoices (if applicable).
- List of fixed assets and active contracts currently in effect.
- Valid contracts such as employment, loan agreements, etc.
- Tax declarations for the required period.
